Chef Lorenzo Morgera has been serving authentic Italian cuisine for the last 32 years. He moved from Italy to Bay Ridge Brooklyn in 1980. He has owned restaurants in NY, Freehold, NJ and Farmingdale, NJ. He has now found his home in Allenhurst, NJ.
Chef Lorenzo uses only the finest ingredients in his dishes as they are made to order fresh. His fish is delivered fresh daily. Lorenzo’s signature dishes are Veal Lorenzo, Chicken Scarpariello and homemade Pasta Fagioli to name a few. In addition, Lorenzo prepares several specials weekly. Sunday is traditional sauce day — homemade, served with braciole, meatballs and sausage, just like Mama used to make!
